Artist Statement
I want to depict the shocking experience the little girl facing in front if the dark blue sea: white skeletons floating, slowly, silently...they are dead bodies of sea animals. It's a warning for human beings. They need to protect the world, the sea, and its animals. Through a child's eyes, the consequence of damaging nature is horrifying, and also educational. Nature is powerful and fragile. We need to protect and respect it.
